Your first 90 days probational membership fees of $100.00 is due when you turn in this application( there are additional fees that will be due after completion of your 90 day probationary period however, that will be discussed with you during your initial consultation). If you are NOT accepted into BDMC this fee will NOT be returned to you.

This application and the probationary period does not guarantee your membership into BDMC. BDMC reserves the right to refuse membership for any reason. Someone will call you for a brief phone interview to let you know the status of your application and/or the next meeting. This may take a few days.
